We’re a licensed Minnesota builder and remodeling contractor that values one overriding principle over all the rest – TRUST. We know construction contractors have a bad name; and too many unscrupulous firms have stained the reputation of our entire industry. L3 Construction founder Chip Evanoff and our team want to change that. Our singular goal is to perform your construction or remodeling project as if we were working on our own homes, and to treat you with the same care and respect that we would expect.

At L3 Construction, we adhere to a completely transparent process that keeps you in the driver’s seat from start to finish. This way, you know you are being treated with integrity and respect, and that you are receiving the most skilled and professional service available.
Consultation
Chip is hands-on with every project we undertake at L3 Construction, but we also utilize technology to the fullest degree, and this includes virtual consultations where appropriate. In many cases, and upon request, we also perform home visits to provide you with the most accurate proposal and cost estimate.
Design
Our design team can create or procure virtually anything you desire for your build or renovation. You also are able to stay connected with us to be active throughout the entire design process, all the way to agreeing on final plans.
Construction
When construction begins, you receive up-to-date reports on our progress until the project is completed to your satisfaction. We work closely with you to dot all the ‘Is’ and cross all the ‘Ts’ until every detail is finished.
